What is the Fish Lips Kiss Heel?

The Fish Lips Kiss Heel (or FLK Heel) is type of short row heel invented by Sox Therapist. Short row heels are great for most foot types. They knit up quicker than a heel flap and gusset and look great in a contrast color!

What do I need to know before the class?

You will need a basic understanding of knitting socks as this class ONLY COVERS THE FISH LIPS KISS HEEL. All new techniques in heel will be covered during the class. Class prep includes knitting the cuff and leg or toe and foot of one sock to be prepared to knit the heel during the class.

What’s included in the class?

Two 90-minute live Zoom classes with Natalie that cover the Fish Lips Kiss Heel
Both sessions will be recorded and sent out to class participants a couple hours after the class ends to keep forever!
